You will need to create an Online Uniform
Shop Account to purchase uniform items.
To create an account:
1. Select the ‘Create Account’ button located
at the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Enter all the details in text boxes provided, then select
the ‘Save’ button.
3. If you have entered your details correctly, a message will
be displayed saying that an email has been sent to your inbox.
Access the email and click on the ‘Verify Account’
hyperlink.
4. A message saying that your account has been activated will
be displayed. An email containing your login name and password
will be sent to you.
LOGGING INTO YOUR
ACCOUNT
Once you have obtained your login name and
password, select the ‘Login’ button located at
the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter your name and
password then press the ‘Log In’ button.
SELECTING ITEMS TO
PURCHASE
1. Select the Child’s level (Junior,
senior or both).
2. Select Gender.
3. Select Uniform Type.
4. Select Category Type.
5. Select the product, size and if applicable colour.
6. Click the
to add the product into the shopping cart.
7. Repeat this step for other items required.
REMOVING ITEMS FROM
SHOPPING CART
To remove an item from the Shopping Cart,
select
from the Shopping Cart Summary located at the top of the screen.
MODIFYING THE QUANTITY
OF AN ITEM
To increase or decrease the quantity of an
item select the
or
buttons
located next to the item in the Shopping Cart Summary.
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
1. Once all items and quantities have been
chosen, select the ‘Checkout’ button located at
the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Select the Pickup Location and Credit Card as the Payment
Method.
3. Select the Purchase Items button. You will then receive
a reference email with the order number.
4. Select the Credit Card Payment button in the Checkout Processing
screen. Please Note: If you select the Credit Card Payment
button, you will not be able to return to the previous screen
and must complete the order. If you decide not to make a purchase
by credit card you will need to close your web browser and
reload the website.
5. Enter your Credit Card Number, CVV Number, Card Type, Expiry,
Name and email address.
6. Select Authorise Payment. You will receive a tax invoice
via email once the payment has been processed.
7. Once your order has been processed, St Michael’s
Uniform Shop will contact you regarding the availability and
pick up of your order.
MY DETAILS SECTION
The My Details Button allows the user to update
any change in details, including password, email and address.
Once the changes have been made, select the Save Details button.
HISTORY SECTION
The History button gives a summarised list
of all the previous order details. It also allows the user
to select a particular order number to see exactly what was
ordered.
