Refunds/ Returns/Exchange policy

Bob Stewart offer a refund/exchange of items returned under the following conditions:

Change Of Mind

Bob Stewart is happy to offer a refund /exchange for change of mind for uniform items subject to the following conditions:

Refund Conditions for change of mind
  • Returns within 60 days.
  • Proof of purchase is provided, either your original receipt or credit card statement.
  • Items are unworn undamaged and unwashed.
  • Item(s) is in original condition with original packaging and labels in place.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please ensure your return meets the return conditions and take your items to the original Bob Stewart store where you purchased your uniform.

Should we not have the size or item you require, we will offer you a refund and the opportunity to place an unpaid order.

Refunds are made via your original tender type credit card.

Online Refunds/Exchanges

Please ensure your return meets the return conditions and take your items to the original Bob Stewart store where you purchased your uniform.

  • Online refunds will be credited via your original payment method into your bank account.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • This may take up to 3 to 5 business days.

Posting of returns requiring a refund

  • If you wish to return your item for a refund by post, please email the store to advise the item is on its way.
  • All returns must be placed in an Australian post bag with a tracking number and include a copy of your receipt. You must include a phone number and the transaction details with your item.
  • Please note that postal returns must meet the same conditions as in store returns.
  • Once your item(s) are received a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Refunds will take between 3 to 5 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Should you have an issue with your garment

Bob Stewart prides itself on the quality of its garments, our fabric undergo testing and can be worn with confidence. However, should you have an issue with your purchased item please contact the store and bring the item in as soon as possible to be assessed with your proof of purchase

If the store is unable to assess your item on the spot, they may need to send the item to head office for further assessment. This usually takes a couple business days. Please ensure to bring your receipt, so that our team can verify your purchase.

Please note, that should the issue be minor or the item has been damaged after leaving the store, Bob Stewart may offer to repair the garment. Further information is available at:
