Refund & Exchange Policy

General exchange or refunds will be issued provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase, either posting it to us or dropping into our stores.
  • The item has not been worn, washed or altered, and is in its original condition.
  • You return the item together with a copy of your receipt and the original packaging and tags.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.

What if my item is faulty?

In the unfortunate event that something may have slipped through our quality process, we kindly ask that you visit our store so that our staff can physically assess your item for any manufacturing faults.

If the store is unable to assess your item on the spot they may need to send the item to head office for further assessment.  Please ensure to bring your receipt, so that our team can verify your purchase.
